The 22nd Annual Kansas Racers Auction, Trade Show and Swap Meet is set for Jan 2nd, 2010 at the Kansas Coliseum..
Consignments and set up is set for Thursday Dec. 31 and Friday Jan. 1st.. This is a one day sale that will be Full! Please Call ahead, dont be left out! Also Swap Meet is available for this show.
The 12th Annual Oklahoma Racers auction, Trade show and Swap Meet will be Jan. 23rd, 2010 at the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds.. Consignments and set up day is Friday Jan. 22nd. Well gang, it's that time of year again. We'll be hosting our annual racers auction and trade show here in Springdale (Tontitown) Arkansas in about a week. The dates for consignment are Thursday and Friday, November 18th and 19th from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm. The auction and trade show runs Saturday the 21st from 8:00 until the last item sells. We've been forced to move into a larger building as crowding was a real problem in the shop we've been using. The address for the new location is 609 Agnes, Springdale. This address is technically in the city limits of Tontitown but it uses a Springdale address.
This fall event will be a 1 day show and we've got about 350 items consigned already. As most of you know we've been forced to turn folks away the past couple of years because we couldn't sell more than 1,000 items in a day. We'll also be hosting an auction in the spring and don't forget about our massive 3 DAY auction during the Chili Bowl event in Tulsa. Last year was a huge success as we saw a record crowd through the door and our largest trade show ever. The January 2010 Tulsa show is already on track to surpass all previous years.
We're pleased to report that we've added a new show to our schedule. Chris Hawkins will host a new February event in Neosho, Missouri and we are excited to work for Chris as we bring an auction environment to the good folks in SW Missouri and the surrounding area.
