MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- Another long-time marketing partner returns in 2013 with contingency awards for IMCA drivers.

In its 19th season as a sponsor, Intercomp has renewed its program benefitting competitors in the Deery Brothers Summer Series for Late Models and in the IMCA Sunoco Stock Car division.

Manufacturer of the official scales of IMCA, the Minneapolis, Minn., company gives $100 product certificates to designated place finishers at each event in the 27th annual Deery Series, and to top 10 drivers in final point standings for Arnold Motor Supply Northern and Southern Stock Car regions.

Drivers in both divisions are required to display two Intercomp decals on their race car to be eligible.

Certificates can be applied toward the purchase of RFX wireless scales or digital chassis setup equipment. Certificates will be mailed to Late Model drivers the week after the Deery race is held and presented to Stock Car drivers during the national awards banquet in November.

Intercomp manufactures high-performance products for use in the shop or at the track including alignment equipment, tire and shock gauges and lap timers. Information about those products is available by calling 800 328-3336 and at the www.intercompracing.com website.

"We don't trust a high profile event like the IMCA Speedway Motors Super Nationals to any other set of scales for a reason,” emphasized IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder. “The precision and repeatablility we get from Intercomp is something we don't take for granted and will continue to rely on at our biggest events."
