CEDAR FALLS, Iowa -- Performance Bodies and Five Star Bodies have renewed an award program for IMCA Xtreme Motor Sports Modified, Karl Chevrolet Northern SportMod and Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center Southern SportMod drivers.

Each of the five Modified regional champions and rookies of the year, and both SportMod national champions and rookies of the year receive MD3 Modified nosepieces.

The MD3 nose piece for those three divisions was introduced and first awarded last year.

“This is an excellent complement to the Performance Bodies contingency award program,” noted IMCA Marketing Director Kevin Yoder. “That extensive program recognizes second through sixth place finishing drivers in regional Modified and national SportMod standings, as well as runners-up in rookie points.”
