WINTER HAVEN, Fla. -- Auburndale Speedway begins the month of November in a wild way as the Figure Eight racers return for their final event of 2009.

Fans should see plenty of wild action in the "X" as veteran Wayne Calkins tries to wrap up the 2009 point championship for the class. Calkins has a 16 point margin over both Rockin' Rodney Davis and Cliff Rousseau who are tied for second in points. All Calkins needs to do is show up and have a steady night to grab the point crown.

The Mini Cup cars will be back for the second week in a row. Last week a nice field of cars was whittled down considerably by the end of a wild feature won by 14 year old Sam Scott.

Also racing this week are the Mini Stocks, Street Stocks, V-8 Bombers, Scramblers and the Kid's Club. Pit gates open at 2PM, grandstands open at 5PM and racing begins at 7PM.
