A third sanctioned division joins the race program for Lady Luck Speedway’s Beat The Heat special this Friday and Saturday, March 12-13. IMCA (International Motor Contest Association) OKC Grand Prix, LLC has entered into negotiations to bring an annual American Le Mans Series (ALMS) event tour stop to downtown Oklahoma City. ALMS (American Le Mans Series) It was a re-building year in 2009 for Steve Sinclair as he took over the operations of Wilmot Raceway, an ASA Affiliated Track in Wilmot, WI. ASA (American Speed Association) The legendary North Wilkesboro Speedway, home to the former NASCAR Winston Cup Series from 1947-1996, opened its' doors to race cars for the first time in 14 years and the Sunoco National Tour was a part of that historic weekend. ASALMS (ASA Late Model Series) As the 2010 NASCAR Whelen All-American Series season approaches for the LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway competitors, track officials are also preparing for the new year.
